Where can I park?

Parking is free in Gate A Lot C. Enter the arena through the Premium Entrance directly in front of Lot C. Click here to view a map with detailed instructions.

What is the schedule for the event?

7:30 AM – event begins with networking portion

8:00 AM – breakfast and program

10:00 AM – event concludes and optional behind the scenes tours begin

What is Xfinity’s bag policy?

Xfinity Mobile Arena will allow bags inside the venue in accordance with league and event guidelines and best security practices. We now have bag entry locations at the Broad Street Entrance, the 11th Street entrance and the Premium Access Entrance. These locations allow for bags that are larger than 4.5” x 6.5” and smaller than 14”x14”x6” to be X-Ray screened and permitted into the venue for both Flyers and Sixers games.

• Hand clutches, wristlets and small purses that do not exceed 4.5”x6.5” are permitted and will not require X-ray screening but are still subject to security inspection.
• Backpacks, suitcases and large multicompartment bags are restricted.

Xfinity Mobile Arena is an inclusive and family friendly venue, so exceptions for medical bags are made as follows:

• Medical equipment bag and Parental bag smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”.
• All exceptions must go through X-Ray screening at entry.

Are credit cards accepted the day of the event for donations?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as well as checks, which can be made out to the American Cancer Society with CvC Breakfast – SK #NZUC7V in the memo.

Can I use cash for purchases at the event?

Credit cards are preferred and can be kept on file when purchasing tickets or at registration. However, there will be the option to use cash for the raffle.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, all donations made during the event are processed through GiveSmart, an online giving platform, which will automatically send you a tax receipt once your card is charged after the event.

How will my donation be used?

All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.

I can’t attend, is there still a way to support the event?

Yes! You can make a gift to support the event at any time here via credit card: cvcbreakfast.acsgala.org/tickets-donations. If you would like to donate by mailing a check, please make it out to the American Cancer Society and send it to:
